Lithium-ion batteries are compact, emission-free energy sources for passenger and commercial vehicles, enabling 100% CO₂ emission reduction across the European Union by 2035 — contributing to the goal of climate neutrality by 2050.
Each battery we inspect is a compact power source and a precise energy unit driving electric vehicles. We would like to highlight some of the key aspects we handle daily in our lithium-ion battery quality control operations.
Quality Control:
Every battery inspected by QCIS undergoes a 100% control process – covering both electrical and visual parameters – to ensure the highest standards are met. Inspection, storage, and transportation of lithium-ion batteries are carried out according to strict protocols, confirmed by our ISO 62281:2019 certification.
Transport:
We handle and secure battery transport comprehensively, including air and sea freight. Batteries are protected using specialized transport solutions that prevent damage and minimize excessive vibrations during transit.
Storage:
Battery storage is subject to 24/7 monitoring of temperature and humidity in accordance with specific requirements. These conditions directly impact battery performance and lifespan. All internal warehouse operations follow the ISO 62281:2019 standard.
